MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

Hi! I’m Rachel. I am a certified yoga teacher who specializes in yoga for chronic pain and chronic illness. Although I hold multiple certifications, the classes I teach are largely inspired by my own firsthand experiences with chronic illness, including POTS, Lyme disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and PTSD.

I am also a certified Reiki Master Teacher and experienced tarot reader. These healing practices have played such a huge part in my own journey, and I’m honored to be able to share them with you!

My goal is to make these spiritual practices accessible and practical so they provide a safe space for you to come home to your truest self and allow you to live a more free, authentic and fulfilling life.
